I hah had several people telling me about this new music site http://www.thesixtyone.com/djaiskjellerup and I had not had a chance to get set up there until recently and what a revelation it is. There are two types of account; artists and listeners. Artists get to load their tunes up and listeners are then able to sample those tracks and if they like them award them "bumps". All the songs on the website are ordered in a huge leader board and a bump adds a point to the artists account and bumps them up the leader board. Those artists who consistantly score the most bumps are the ones who get to hang around the higher reaches of the leader board. If you get enough bumps in a given timeframe then you are rewarded with a spell on the front page of the website. I have had one spell on the front page and hope to have more!

So please help me out folks if you feel inclined. Simply go to www.thesixtyone.com/djaiskjellerup and register for a free listener account and throw me a few bumps. You'll find lots of other music you'll like on there of course. Top of the overall lleader board at the moment is Chris Merritt, a singer songwriter from Utah. He is absolutely first class and I can see myself eloborating on why he is so good on these pages sometime in the future!

If the truth be known then there hasn't been much R&R in our house. 4 kids under the age of 5 means that is always unlikely. Nevertheless having fewer gigs has helped my voice get back to nearly 100% so that has been essential.

Last week I enjoyed playing for the Association for International Cancer Research twice. The first time was a straight show but the second time was a fashion show and alot of money was raised at both events. AICR is a RL organisation and you can check out their efforts at http://www.aicr.org.uk/

Contributions to Get It Together are now coming in. So far we have something from Rich Desoto and Jambalaya Fonck with imminent offerings from BabbleGrabble and Zak Claxton.

And finally I give the last word to one of my 8 month ol twin boys..Coby..who is sitting on my lap as I type this....
